Traditional A2 Bilona Ghee is made by boiling fresh A2 milk, converting it into whole curd, churning the curd with a wooden churner (Bilona) to separate butter (makkhan), and then boiling that butter slowly. This retains deep nutritional enzymes, makes it rich in butyric acid, and gives it a distinct grainy texture.
No. Our Wild Forest Honey is completely raw, unheated, unpasteurized, and unfiltered. We only pass it through a single manual mesh to strain out larger beeswax or honeycomb fragments. All natural enzymes, antioxidants, propolis, and beneficial pollen remain active.
